Materials, cleaning & care

La Nua toy, cleaning mist, lubricant and storage case

A useful product description should tell you what an item is made from and how to look after it. Before you buy, check both. Material is one part of the decision; motors, seams, coatings and charging connections also affect care.

Find the exact material

Look for a specific material rather than relying on words such as “premium” or “soft.” Non-porous materials such as 100% silicone, stainless steel and hard plastic are easier to keep clean than porous materials. Soft blends can require different care. Follow the instructions for the exact product rather than transferring a routine from another toy.

Material example: the Njoy Pure Wand is stainless steel. Always use the care instructions for your specific model.

Check what can get wet

Before rinsing or submerging anything, read the manufacturer's water-resistance guidance. A material being washable does not mean the complete product can be submerged. Electrical components and charging areas may require a different approach. Keep the manual or save a link to it when your order arrives.

Build a simple care routine

Clean before and after use according to the manufacturer's directions, then allow the item to dry fully before storing it. Use only recommended cleaners and methods. Do not assume boiling, a dishwasher, alcohol or household disinfectant is suitable. LELO's LIFEGUARD manual, for example, prohibits alcohol, petrol and acetone cleaners—an illustration of why the model-specific instructions matter.

A toy cleaner is one care option. Check both the cleaner label and your toy manufacturer's instructions before use.

Inspect and store thoughtfully

Check for damage and follow the manufacturer's advice if the surface cracks, changes texture or develops other defects. A clean storage pouch or case keeps the item away from dust. Store charging accessories with the correct product so you can identify them later.

Save the warranty information

Keep your order confirmation and any registration details. A warranty is specific to the manufacturer and product; it is not the same as a retailer's return policy. Check the coverage period, claim process and exclusions before purchasing. If the listing leaves a question unanswered, ask us rather than assuming coverage.
